Eco -System Residential provides the cold formed steel framing residential system which is made from 0.90-1,6mm light steel, pre-manufactured in the factory, and assembled into component parts, such as walls, roof trusses or partitions. All members are fixed by screws and can be assembled quickly on site or pre-assembled in factories. The Eco steel framed housing system has several obvious advantages being light weight, wide span, resistant to strong winds and earthquakes, providing greater thermal comfort and excellent noise reduction performance. These systems greatly speed up the construction time and reduce the overall weight of the structure by up to 95%.Eco Steel frame houses can be installed in just four days by a team of skilled workers. It is a high efficiency, energy saving, environmentally friendly, sustainable green building system. It can be used in various residential styles, such as villas, multi-storey buildings, offices,shops,warehouses,entertainment centers and clubs and more.. It also can be used in adding an extra floor on existing buildings, re-roofing or adding light partitions and external claddings.

Eco residential system can be provided with wall frames pre-assembled with exterior claddings, insulation and windows already attached. Trusses can also be supplied pre-assembled, making installation times significantly quicker than conventional construction methods.
